Document Case Filing

We handle the filing of your court documents promptly and accurately. Case filings are completed within three business days after service to help keep your matter moving forward without delays.

Mobile Notary

Our trained Georgia notaries will certify the legitimacy of the signatures on your legal documents to ensure that they are valid. We notarize documents to make these papers legally binding. Our notaries are mobile - meaning we will come to you to carefully authorize signatures as a witness of the state.

Courier Services

We provide courier services to or from our local courts for document pickup. We are familiar with the various court systems and their requirements. We are accustomed to handling important legal documents while process serving so it is guaranteed that your documents are secure with us.

Rush & Stake-Out Services

If you need your legal documents served in a hurry, do not stress because we offer affordable rush services to get these individuals served quickly so your case can continue as scheduled. Coinciding with this, if you are unsure of the defendant’s timeline, we offer stake-out services, we will persistently wait outside of an individual’s work or home to properly serve them. This allows us to serve evasive defendants who are difficult to track down.

Should you need help locating a person, we are licensed to access National proprietary search engines, including Tracers and idiCore.

Service Area

Service area includes all Metro-Atlanta and Georgia Counties.

Permanent appointments are available in the following counties: Clayton, Cobb, DeKalb, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Henry, and Paulding.

We will serve Dawson, Douglas, Fayette, Hall, Rockdale, and Walton counties on a case by case basis.
